We encourage customers to pursue technical support through email. It's much easier to attach files, send links, etc., through email. At this time, we don't offer a phone number for speaking directly with a customer service representative. Phone conversations are more difficult to track than emails and it is important for quality assurance purposes that we maintain a record of all correspondence with our customers.
